At Seven Sisters & Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality, handmade products that are crafted with care and precision. Due to the time-intensive nature of our cold-infusion process, it may take a bit longer for us to prepare your order. This extra time ensures that each product meets our standards of excellence and provides you with the best possible experience.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak periods or due to high demand, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we create each product with care.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Shipping outside the United States may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible while ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Delays and Backorders
Due to the handmade nature of our products, occasional delays may occur. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly with an estimated restock date. In the rare case of significant delays, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any additional charges.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if applicable.
